I am a VFX Supervisor, Creative Lead and Compositor with 20 years’ experience in high-end visual effects and animation for commercials, film & HETV (with some music videos and title sequences thrown in along the way for good measure!).

The craft of visual effects is a passion of mine and I’m happiest leading a team, on-set supervising and working with clients. I am collaborative and meticulous with a calm disposition and I’m also a keen mentor. I have a wealth of experience in bidding work and leading pitches, along with a deep-working knowledge of VFX pipelines and workflows. I am well-versed in thinking innovatively to be able to deliver creative excellence on time and within budget. I work in both Nuke and Flame and am fluent multi-platform. I am interested in emerging tech and I’ve done multiple deep-fake projects.

Prior to joining Glassworks as VFX Supervisor at the start of 2021, I worked at Hogarth for two years, where I headed up the Nuke team and set up an international department. Before that, I spent seven years at Sky as a Senior Compositor and before that, seven years at Rushes, learning the craft of compositing. (Though of course, we’re always learning and honing our craft!)

I have worked with high-profile clients such as Netflix, Amazon Studios, Sky, BBC, Adidas, Apple, Coca-Cola, Disney, Facebook, Google, Kia, Nike, Panasonic and various Unilever brands. My long-form VFX credits include the episodic HETV shows Kaos, The Rig and The Crown and features such as Wuthering Heights, Fish Tank, The Disappearance of Alice Creed and Unknown.
